Acknowledgements Smart Dairy 2025 aims to explore the future of dairy production and consumption as it moves through cultural trends and global predicaments. We wish to thank all of the subject matter experts that off ered time and invaluable information for the project. The research was directed by Dr Chris Brauer, Managing Director, Smoothmedia and Director of Innovation at Goldsmiths, University of London and led by Dr Jennifer Barth research assistance by Alexia Samara, Smoothmedia. Methodology The research used qualitative methods to capture the future of Dairy. The methods include extensive literature and desk research, conceptual mapping and interviews with nine subject matter experts. The interviews range from dairy industry experts, to technological innovators and food visionaries. The interviews and the desk research were coded for key themes and analysed for spaces of agreement and confi rmation. 2
